DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival)
- Refund for perished fish conditions:
- Provide a short video of fish in unopened bag on arrival.
- For extended DOA period, provide a video of deceased fish in water.
- Claims not processed without clear video.
- No refunds if fish are left unattended or at the postal office/courier warehouse.
- Ensure correct address for DOA policy validity.
- Fish health checked before shipping.
- Shipping stress may require acclimation.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for faulty items with a description of the fault.
- Fault report within 24 hours of arrival.
- "Change in mind" exchanges for non-live goods with return in original packaging (customer pays postage).
- "Change in Mind" exchanges do not apply to live goods.
